What Is the Bobcat Buyout PTA Programs Fundraiser?
The Bobcat Buyout allows the PTA to receive donations from the CHE community directly and relieves the pressure of hosting product fundraisers throughout the year (e.g. bake sales, and selling wrapping paper during the holidays) Donations made directly to the PTA through the Bobcat Buyout allows us to enhance and improve all students' learning experience at Chapman Hills with interactive assemblies, workshops, student enrichment programs, plays, and supplemental support to our school not offered by our school district.
How does it work?
Online, here, you can donate any amount you choose to support PTA programs and events. Check or cash donations can be turned in to the school office too! The recommended donation per student is $95.00, which represents the cost per student for the PTA to provide such indispensable student programming benefits such as Discovery Science Center enrichment, Imagination Machine Writing, Art Masters Art Program, and events/extras such as Trunk or Treat, Bingo Night, Movie Night, Talent Show, 1st and 6th-grade plays, Parent/Student Mindfulness Workshops, TK/K Welcome Shirts, Field Trip Support per student, additional technology and classroom supplies, school enhancement supplemental funds and more.

We want to make supporting enrichment to our student's experience easier! Donations made directly to the PTA will help us fund the exciting programming we plan for this year!
New This Year
PTA will also be hosting our 1st Annual Gala Event at the columniation of Bobcat Buyout on September 26th. Gala events are a platform for schools to gather funds and resources while unifying the community in support of a common cause.
No donation amount is too small, and ALL donations are greatly appreciated!
